Office Hours
Our Office Hours are from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. When we are not in the office, our answering service knows how to reach us. If we are delayed, we will try to notify you, giving you a choice of rescheduling or being seen by another associate. If you must change an appointment, please let us know as early as possible so that we may offer the open time to another patient. During office hours, you can depend on the phone triage nurse to return your call for help with urgent problems.
After office hours, the answering service will take your phone number and direct it to the provider on call. Please keep your line clear, and a provider will return your call as soon as possible. If your problem is urgent, please inform the answering service. Please do not call on weekends to schedule a routine appointment.
When the Physician is Away
Because we are associates and practice as such, we cover for each other. It may be that your physician will be out of town or otherwise indisposed. In this case, the physician on call in our group will deliver you. Should you not understand this policy or have questions about it, please ask one of us during your routine visit.
NOTE: New appointments generally require more time than established patients. Patient information, medical history, and the other pertinent information to help us diagnose and treat your ailment can be time consuming. Your help and cooperation is greatly appreciated. It is necessary that we work by appointments. Unfortunately, emergencies and deliveries do occur which occasionally cause delays in our schedule. However, we will try our best to honor your appointment time.
If you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, please give us at least 24 hours notice so that someone else may use your appointment time.
There is a $25 charge for appointments that cancelled without notice. |
