We Accept Most Medical Insurances
Since each HMO plan is different, we ask you to check with your particular plan administrator to obtain your guidelines before visiting our office. Please feel free to discuss fees with us and advise us of any unusual financial problems. Please note that Essex County OB/GYN is a privately-owned practice. If you receive any services from Beverly Hospital, including lab tests, imaging scans and hospital-based services, they will bill you directly.
Co-Payments
Co-payments and deductibles are expected at the time of your appointment.
Since surgery may involve a significant fee, we will bill your insurance carrier directly. We will then send you a bill for any non-covered services after we receive the insurance payment. There may be some procedures that must be prepaid and these will be discussed with you on an individual basis.
What if I'm having financial problems?
Please contact us should you need to delay payment of your bill. We will make every effort to work out an acceptable payment plan to enable you to take care of your obligation.
